Dear users,
we have modified the system again to offer you
a few new features.
Professional pilots
As requested by some of you, we have introduced
an agenda for professional pilots that are using the aircraft
but not flying as instructors.
To activate this options, go to the configuration page of the
booking system and select 'use professional pilots'.
 From the
instructor management, you can then select if you want this person
to be an instructor, a professional pilot or both.
The pilots will appear on a different agenda on the main agenda
screen (if selected in 'my settings).
Aircraft Blocking
We have also implemented a new function
for administators.
They can now block the aircraft
(option presented in the normal add reservation window):
In this case, the aircraft will
be blocked, meaning that nobody (except the admin) can book on
that period.
Admin can always insert a booking within that period, following
the normal procedure.
A blocked aircraft will be displayed in blue on the agenda:
Administrators will be presented
the following menu by clicking on the blue schedule time :
The first item will lead to the
normal reservation page while the 2 other items will manage the
desired blocking.
